Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Returned within 30 days of receipt.
Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.
1.2. The following items are non-returnable:
Gift cards.
Holiday-themed items purchased after December 15, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Customized or personalized products.
2. Return Process
2.1. To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
2.2. Pack your item securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Items without an RMA number may not be accepted.
2.3. Ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
3.2. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% for returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
